The Freight Transport Association (FTA) and the Road Haulage Association (RHA) have joined forces with the FairFuel/UK Campaign, which aims to have April's planned fuel duty rise scrapped, and for the Government to intervene and stabilise fuel prices... We feel that the general business community and the motoring public now have common cause with our industry. The FairFuelUK campaign petition, launched by Peter Carroll last week, has attracted over 8,300 signatures in just over eight days: 70% of signatories from the general public and 30% from the industry...
